For programmes requiring ongoing BA or transformation capacity, we work at a transparent day rate. Available for short sprints or multi-month engagements — you scale up or down as your programme demands.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No — all prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the applicable rate where required.
What's included in the price range for fixed-fee packages?
The range reflects scope and complexity. A simple, single-process engagement sits at the lower end; a multi-process, multi-stakeholder engagement sits higher. We'll quote a fixed price after an initial scoping conversation.
Can packages be customised?
Yes. The packages are starting points — we're happy to adjust scope, add deliverables or combine elements from different packages based on what your organisation actually needs.
How does the day-rate engagement work in practice?
We agree a scope of work and number of days upfront, invoice weekly or monthly, and adjust the arrangement as your programme evolves. There's no agency overhead — you work directly with Ade.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. Most work can be delivered remotely, but we're happy to be on-site for workshops, key stakeholder sessions or at points in the programme where in-person presence adds value.
How quickly can you start?
Typically within 1–2 weeks of agreeing scope and commercial terms. If you have an urgent need, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
